Just a quick note to everyone that I am back in the UK. The flight was uneventful other than sitting on the tarmac for an hour once we landed at Heathrow - too many planes, not enough gates and baggage belt issues...blah...blah...blah - i was wanting off that place to see my sweetie.
After going through customs, finding the luggage carousel, waiting for my bag...ugh, finally there it is. I walk through the gate named "Nothing to Declare" - which wasnt actually true, as I wanted to declare that Heathrow needs HELP! But anyway there he was waiting for me with big smiles :) He cleaned the cottage so nicely and had fresh roses waiting in vase for me. Stan made a great dinner, consisting of duck with a shrimp in tarragon white sauce, accompanied with a vegetable medley and truffle risotto. It was fabulous!! It's good to be with my sweetie again
Hope you all are having a great Sunday ;)

Glad to hear that you are safe in your sweetie's arms. Gee, that dinner sounded so good--so I went to Wal-Mart to look for it...in the frozen dinner section...no such luck.
I did overhear this funny exchange between an elderly couple...reminds me of Kristi and Stan.
Old man is in the candy section (where I am of couse) eyeing all the chocolate and elderly wifey approaches with food for their cart, she says.."I left you in the fruit area, what are you doing here???
He doesn't even take his eyes off the candy and he says..." I must've dozed off."
I cracked up..... Who says you can't have fun at Wal-mart?
"back in the UK" now I have that Beatles song in my head, Back in the USSR.
What? Walmart doesnt have it?? I'll tell Stan to share his recipe with them.
That couple DOES sound like us, cept it might be ME in the candy isle:)
